FEB 26 2004
The scoreboard tells the victorious tale for the Eagles. AKINS 13 EDISON 4. Tournament rules would not allow any new inning to be started after two hours of elapsed playing time, so the game was called after the end of the 4th inning. Edison went on to lose to Burbank by a score of 18-2. Edison beat Crystal City 12-2.

FEB 26 2004
"OH NOOOO!" Eagles catcher Charles Morton throws away his mask as he scrambles for a dropped third strike in the 4th inning of the Edison game. A giving sort of a guy, Morton reminds us that his error was what allowed Airrik Martinez to strike out four batters in a single inning.
