	A high honor, indeed! Selected from the 2016 Akins Eagles are Seniors Adam Ivey, Austin McNicholas, and Niko Olvera. These three are the first Eagles to be chosen since Akins catcher Randy Berg made the AABCA All Star squad in 2008. The 2016 AABCA All Star game is at Dell Diamond on Saturday, June 12 at 6:00 PM.

Best Pitcher: The winner for 2016 is Adam Ivey. A left-handed pitcher, Adam finished the season with a record of 2-5 and an ERA of 1.07.

Gold Glove: The winner for 2016 is Nate Flores. Flores was an anchor for the Eagles at 3rd base.
